How Store Pickup Works

Store pickup is available free of charge at VLUX Boutique located at 621 Old Hickory Blvd, Suite H, Jackson, TN 38305. When you choose “Pick Up In Store” at checkout, your order is reserved and held for you at the boutique.

Payment Options

You may pay online at the time of checkout, or choose to pay in store when you arrive. If you choose to pay in store, your items will be held for 2 calendar days from when you place your reservation. Items not picked up within that window will be released back to general inventory.

Pickup Hours

Pickup is available during regular store hours:

Monday – Friday: 11 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 11 AM – 7 PM
Sunday: Closed

You will receive a confirmation notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business hours during store hours.

What to Bring

Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation (email or phone). If someone else is picking up on your behalf, they must bring a copy of your order confirmation and their own photo ID.

Order Hold Period

You have 2 calendar days to collect your order. When the hold starts depends on how you paid:

Paid online at checkout — the 2-day window begins when we mark your order Ready for Pickup. You will receive a notification the moment it is ready.
Reserve now, pay in store — the 2-day window begins at the moment your reservation is confirmed (not when we mark it ready). Please plan to arrive within 2 calendar days of your confirmation email.

If you need more time, just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you. Orders not collected within the hold window may be cancelled. Paid orders are eligible for a refund; reserve (pay-in-store) orders will simply have their inventory hold released.

Exchanges & Returns at Pickup

If an item is not what you expected when you pick it up, our team is happy to assist you with an exchange on the spot, subject to our Online Exchange Policy. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
