Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at 621 Old Hickory Blvd, Suite H, Jackson, TN 38305. Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business hours during store hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Orders
