Exchange Window

We accept exchanges and offer store credit on eligible items within 7 days of the original purchase date. A valid receipt is required.

Eligibility Requirements

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Accompanied by a valid receipt
• Not a final sale item (see below)

Store Credit

Eligible returns will receive store credit equal to the original purchase price. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase at VLUX Boutique.

No Cash Refunds

VLUX Boutique does not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
• Accessories, jewelry, and undergarments
• Items purchased with a promo code (unless otherwise noted)

For items purchased online, please contact us at (731) 426-5560 or bring the item in store within 7 days of delivery. Online exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements listed above.
